I’ve had 3 months of counselling with Nick, as a cancer patient & carer. I consider it great good fortune that our paths have crossed, & even in Lockdown, through Zoom, I can get the benefit of talking with Nick, and sharing in the exercises he can draw on. I really enjoy and appreciate being able to have him as a coach and therapist in this most difficult of times. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.
I first went to see Nick when things in my work life needed some balance. I was always a half full kind of person, but seemed to have lost that and started becoming a half-empty person, which was starting to affect my personal and working life.
Nick was able to provide a different perspective on some of the issues, provide focus and tools and techniques for me cope with the situation. I felt that Nick was extremely personable and has the ability to connect with his clients quickly and to begin work with them at whatever stage they’re in at the time. Nick was trustworthy, always encouraging, and a patient and insightful guide through some of life experiences in pursuit of your goals.
I can honestly say that attending coaching sessions with Nick has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. At the time, I was stuck and unable to move forward with certain issues, anxiety was holding me back from getting out and enjoying life and I no longer believed in myself or my abilities.
From the very first session, Nick made me feel at ease and totally comfortable when talking about various issues. He has a natural ability to understand what works best for me; has provided encouragement, clarity and focus to help me understand, and most importantly, accept myself.

I stumbled across Nick’s website while on the search for a therapist, and I am so glad I did. He is super personable and professional, and a brilliant listener.
His background as both a behavioural therapist, and as an outdoor instructor really resonated with me, and I have just signed up for another six sessions via online video call – although you can just start with one at a time. These sessions have been much more value to me than the in-person therapy that I have had before, so don’t let distance stop you.
We have been working through some ACT therapy, which has been really helpful in learning how to manage life with ADHD for me.
His sessions are also very reasonably priced.

I came to Nick as I needed some help with my confidence and self-belief issues. It was important to tackle them as I had a few dance auditions coming up and I was worried it might show as it was the main thing holding me back. I did an exercise that helped me tackle my lousy thoughts I kept telling myself. The thought was that I’m not good enough and I won’t be as good as others out there. The exercise really helped me like loads and I was so glad I didn’t had to struggle with negative self-talk anymore during my auditions.
I had some issues before with my motivation, diet and more specifically going the gym. Nick was a friendly and helpful coach who put me at ease and made the experience a lot more enjoyable and less daunting. This life coaching experience has been a beneficial one and has guided me in the right direction for positive outcomes that have already been made.
I was a bit sceptical about life coaching at first as not my cup of tea, but Nick put me straight at ease. Looking back on it, it was an enjoyable experience. It really helped put future opportunities in clear obtainable goals. Excellent.
