The combination of using coaching models with Acceptance and Commitment Training implies you will have an experiential and evidence-based form of behavioural coaching. The skill-based element of ACT makes these interventions very suitable for coaching in the workplace.
As a Level 5 ILM accredited life coach, I have the relevant qualification to provide coaching services in the workplace.
I am also part a team of coaches within the UK that deliver tailored workplace strategy coaching sessions for neurodiverse individuals (e.g. dyslexia, ADHD, ASD) and people with chronic health conditions (e.g. migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson, strokes). Our aim is to help these individuals develop practical techniques and strategies to more effectively deal with any barriers or challenges they may be face at work. Our coaching in the workplace has recently been recognised during the ESRA Employability Awards 2022. Our team “demonstrated exceptional commitment in supporting jobseekers with disabilities and health conditions to achieve sustained employment“.

Bespoke staff training programmes are ideal for organisations that are looking for an evidence-based way of increasing employee wellbeing and resilience over a more sustained period of time. Training programmes are typically broken into 4 to 6 sessions, spread out over 2 to 3 months time.

We have a dedicated client coaching portal for each of your employees or teams. It’s where they can go to get access to any materials, see a history of the support (via past sessions and forms), and communicate with the coach between sessions (via chat, emojis and voice notes).
